With so many fabric resistance bands out there, it can be hard to know which one is the best for you. The first decision to make is between latex and fabric resistance bands.
It’s obvious we prefer fabric resistance brands (as we’re writing this post) and we will get into that later, but the other point you have to consider is the size and strength of the fabric bands.
You can find bundles that come with different resistance levels, or in different sizes, which allows you to experiment and it’s important you consider your current fitness level and you can build up strengths from there.

If you are looking for a cheaper, more flexible option and focusing on upper body strength latex may be the option for you.
Overall, fabric resistance bands are excellent at the job they do, which is being used for leg work, however they won’t be suitable for other upper body exercises. The latex band is a jack of all trades and is more diverse, however much more uncomfortable for leg exercises as it can pinch the skin.
